The Premier League returns from the coronavirus hiatus on Wednesday night and Manchester City host Arsenal on the first evening back.

The Premier League champions have not quite relinquished their title yet, but with Liverpool needing just two more wins to secure the trophy, they are fighting a losing battle.

Arsenal have a more pressing fight on their hands as they look to keep their slim hopes of a Champions League place alive.

The Gunners are down in ninth, but a top five finish may be enough to secure Champions League football if City’s two-year ban from the competition is upheld.

This is the first time Mikel Arteta will face his former employers since leaving his post as City assistant manager to take over as Arsenal boss in December.

When is Man City vs Arsenal?
