Thomas Partey has been passed fit to return for Arsenal as they travel to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the north London derby.

The Ghanaian midfielder hobbled off in a 3-0 defeat against Aston Villa and missed Arsenal’s last four matches, but he has been thrust into the starting line-up by Mikel Arteta on Sunday.

He will partner Granit Xhaka in the heart of the Arsenal midfield, with Bukayo Saka, Willian, Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang playing in front of them.

Hector Bellerin, Rob Holding, Gabriel Magalhaes and Kieran Tierney will sit in front of goalkeeper Bernd Leno.

For Spurs, Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris – both of whom were doubts – have also made the starting line-up.
