Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe are fit and available for Arsenal’s Europa League quarter-final second-leg clash against Slavia Prague, though Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Martin Odegaard face late fitness tests.

The Gunners have a number of injury concerns ahead of Thursday’s trip to the Czech Republic, where they must score after drawing the first leg at the Emirates 1-1 and giving up a late away goal.

Playmaker Odegaard missed both that match and the weekend victory over Sheffield United in the Premier League, while Aubameyang has been struggling with illness, and both players remain doubts for the second leg tomorrow night.

‘Auba missed Sunday’s match against Sheffield United due to feeling unwell,’ the north London club explained on Wednesday.

‘Auba continues to be assessed ahead of Thursday’s match regarding his availability.’

On Odegaard, they continued: ‘Martin has been experiencing discomfort to his right ankle since being on international duty.

‘Martin missed the first leg against Slavia Prague last Thursday and Sunday’s match against Sheffield United. He continues to be assessed ahead of Thursday’s match regarding his availability.’

There was better news elsewhere, however, with Saka – who came off injured against Sheffield United – passed fit to play and Smith Rowe also back in contention to start.

‘Emile has recovered from a sprain to his left ankle sustained during the first leg against Slavia Prague last Thursday.

‘Emile is now back in full training and available for selection. Bukayo is in full training and available for selection.’

David Luiz, meanwhile, is still out of action for several more weeks while Kieran Tierney suffered ligament damage to his left knee against Liverpool at the start of the month and could be out for the season.

Apart from those players, the rest of the first-team squad have been given a clean bill of health and are available for selection against Slavia Prague.
