Arsenal could revive interest in Neto with Barcelona goalkeeper set to leave the Camp Nou

Arsenal are interested in signing Barcelona goalkeeper Neto this summer.

Major upheaval is expected at the Camp Nou this summer with as many as 14 players to leave the club, according to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo.

Brazilian shot stopper Neto is among them and is set to play his last game for the club against Eibar this weekend.

Arsenal were linked with a move for the 31-year-old during the January transfer window but would eventually sign Mat Ryan on loan from Brighton until the end of the season.

Mundo Deportivo report however interest from the Gunners remains, naming the club as a possible next destination.

Barcelona’s title challenge ended last weekend with Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid battling out for the La Liga crown on the final day of the season on Saturday.

The club are facing a huge summer and their perilous financial position means they must offload before they can strengthen their squad.

Philippe Coutinho, Samuel Umtiti, Miralem Pjanic, Martin Braithwaite, Junior Firpo, Neto and Matheus Fernandes are among those that will be put up for sale or made available for loan or exchange deals.

Ronald Koeman’s future is also still be resolved. The Dutchman has one more year on his contract but the report adds he has come under increasing pressure after watching the club’s title challenge fall apart.
